Before Visiting City Hall
Please complete the following steps prior to coming to City Hall:

  • Register for an online account by clicking here:  Home
  • Complete your online application.
  • Upload proof of residency.
  • If purchasing 3 or 4 permits, you must upload copies of ALL vehicle registrations.

Transferring Your Parking Permit to a New Vehicle

  • Remove the permit from your current vehicle and stick it to a piece of paper (even if it comes off in pieces). Upload this as proof of sale when applying for a replacement.
  • If you do not have the physical sticker, you must upload a Release of Liability to obtain a replacement.
  • We recommend taking a photo of the permit number and license plate before removing the permit.
  • As a security feature, permits are designed to tear when removed.
  • Enter the new vehicle’s license plate number when applying for the replacement permit. If you have a paper plate enter that and then log in to update when you receive the new plate
  • The replacement fee is $5.00.
  • If the permit cannot be salvaged due to an accident, you must upload one of the following to the portal: Accident report, Total loss statement, Repair shop receipt

Stolen Parking Permits

  • If your parking permit is stolen, please come to the Cashier's Counter at City Hall, 505 Forest Avenue. After you have created on online account.
  • We will take a report of the theft and turn into PD then issue a replacement for a $5 fee.
